What this models

A real engagement with a local auto glass business in Southern Ontario. The owner handles quoting, scheduling, and post-service follow-up largely alone. The challenge: eliminate the manual overhead buried in each job without changing how customers interact with the business.

Each node is a live system — a running Google Apps Script, an active Sheet tab, a Twilio number, a Square calendar, an authenticated parts database, a deployed Cloudflare Worker. Each directed line is a data flow that was designed, built, tested, and runs in production. The graph surfaces what is usually invisible: the connective tissue that makes a one-person operation feel effortlessly responsive.
